Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Tamiroz, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Tamiroz provides tools to manage game servers, including an anti-cheat plugin and related plans. Features, plans and availability may change over time.

3. Your account

  • Provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, disrupt or probe our infrastructure, or circumvent security or rate limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Plans and data lifecycle

A plan may move between active, suspended, cancelled and deleted states. When a plan expires it is suspended; if it is not reactivated within the grace period it is cancelled and, after a further grace period, its data is permanently deleted. Deletion is irreversible. All plan purchases are final and non-refundable; see our Refund Policy for details. This does not affect your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights where the service does not conform to the contract.

6. Player data (server owners)

If you operate a server with our anti-cheat plugin, you are responsible for handling the player data it collects (nicknames, SteamIDs, IP addresses) lawfully, including providing any notices or obtaining any consents required in your jurisdiction. You are the data controller for that data; Tamiroz processes it on your behalf.

7. Disclaimer & liability

Except for the statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded, the service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tamiroz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data resulting from the plan lifecycle described above. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
